Astro has tested their covers against other manufacturers. On testing, our covers have a much higher tear resistance and durability. This is due to our research and testing, various grades of rubber, binder and manufacturing techniques to produce a higher quality product.

Construction and installation of covers:
1. Two different grades of rubber;
2. High quality polyurethane binder mixed at higher percentage than normal;
3. Technique of rolling and finishing of cover;
4. Each panel is coded and has a tear test inspection;
5. Each panel has a formulated backing to make them tear resistant.
